Performed first on October 15, 2024, at the Opening Ceremony of the Almaty Open ATP 250 tennis tournament in Almaty. The composition was written by Kaiyrgali Kozhanbaev with lyrics by Alua Zhaimambetova back in 1993. The song was first performed by Dimash’s mentor, Marat Aitimov.

The song was created by an international team led by two-time Grammy Award-winning producer and composer Walter Afanasieff. It was written specifically for Dimash’s unique voice by French songwriters Flavien Compagnon, Dominique Bourse, and lyricist Devon Graves.

In honor of Dimash’s birthday, on May 26th there will be a fan meeting “D and Dears” at Almaty Arena, celebrating the release of the STRANGER concert in cinemas!
A special fan meeting will be held on May 26 at Almaty Arena, the day before the cinema release. There will be live performances by Kazakh artists, behind-the-scenes stories, a Q&A session, and even some premieres of new songs and music videos.

The concert took place on October 21, 2024, at The Star Performing Arts Centre in Singapore.
The young talents of Virtuosos: Soma Balázs-Piri, Teo Gertler, Ali Lugosi, the 2harps (Evelin and Valerij Gerblo), alongside with Odysseus Finckenberg, Dalma Németh and Ildikó Megyimórecz shared the stage with three world-renowned stars: Dimash, HAUSER, and Maestro Plácido Domingo. The artists were accompanied by the Orchestra of the Music Makers from Singapore, conducted by Péter Pejtsik.

In the world’s first international classical music talent show, viewers can watch musical duels to see who will represent each country in the final. During the show, two young classical musicians from each participating country will show their talent on the stage – the contestants are coming from Hungary, Serbia, Montenegro, Austria and Slovenia.
